Association’s vision is to be a synonym for a social organization committed to achieving social and humanitarian goals and protection of the interests of its members – labour-disabled workers, which strives to ensure better working conditions as a prerequisite for reducing the occurrence of disability, protection of social and other rights of persons with disabilities, realization and strengthening of mutuality and solidarity, productive employment of the labour-disabled and other persons with disabilities, which presupposes retraining, additional education and the opening of protective workshops and small businesses workshops,  where labour-disabled persons can work.

The President of the Association, Bozidar Cekic, has been active and dedicated to humanitarian activities in the Association of Labour Disabled Workers of Serbia and other organizations and associations that take care of people with disabilities for more than 35 years. For his selfless efforts and humanitarian work within the Association of the Labour Disabled Workers of Serbia and the successful representation of this organization before other institutions in Serbia, he was awarded numerous recognitions and scrolls of appreciation by provincial, city and municipal organizations of labour-disabled workers of Serbia. Under the decree of the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, on the occasion of Statehood Day 2022, Bozidar Cekic was awarded the Gold Medal for Merits in Public and Humanitarian activities.
